“Being Chair of Judges for this year’s IPA CPD Gold programme has been a very valuable experience,” Fitbit at Google director of EMEA marketing, Joanne Savage, said. “While there is still work to do, as a society we now understand much more about the importance of mental health and inclusive workplace cultures than in recent years.

“There are a huge number of amazing, dedicated people working in advertising agencies to nurture, motivate and develop their people. It has been a privilege to learn more about the programmes they have put in place that are helping to make real progress – for people, purpose, and profit.

“Achieving CPD Gold and Platinum is no mean feat. You have to deliver an incredible CPD programme and also clearly demonstrate the value of your commitment to people in making a successful business for the future. Huge congratulations to all of this year’s agencies; you have proved without a doubt that CPD is worth its weight in Gold.”
