Shaken Udder unveils its first ever TV ad campaign

Milkshake brand Shaken Udder has unveiled its first-ever TV advertising campaign which will feature throughout ITV ad breaks for the next month.

Developed with newly appointed creative agency Quiet Storm, the ‘Do what makes you happy’ campaign will be displayed during I’m A Celebrity South Africa and Coronation Street slots.

The 30-second film sees a judge sip some Shaken Udder before court commences. However, what follows is not that of a court case but the judge drumming excitedly as he enjoys the taste of the milkshake.

“This is Shaken Udder’s first TV advertising campaign, and it’s been a big project with a family feel,” marketing director Jo Abram told The Grocer. “The courtroom is packed with Shaken Udder staff doubling up as extras, including Andy Howie, one of our co-founders, playing the role of a lawyer, while our other co-founder, Jodie Howie, was involved behind the camera.”

The TV spot will be accompanied by digital and out-of-home (OOH) promotions as well as in-store advertising.

In May last year, Shaken Udder’s senior brand manager Paras Arora told Marketing Beat that the brand’s vision is “to go and be the number one player within the entire market”.

“We’re investing a lot of money in marketing to accelerate that growth and help support our brand awareness.”
