YouTuber group Sidemen’s restaurant chain partners with Farnham Town

YouTube group the Sidemen’s restaurant chain, Sides, has unveiled its new partnership with Farnham Town to become the football club’s front of shirt sponsor of the newly released 2022/23 away kit.

Launched in 2020, the Sidemen, Europe’s largest YouTube collective, has taken their first steps into sponsorship in football by taking centre stage as Farnham’s away kit sponsor for this season.

The first part of the partnership includes the club launching a Sides food truck to The Memorial Ground later in the season to further diversify its match day food offering to fans.

“We are beyond excited to set up our first ever football partnership with Farnham Town,” Sides marketing director Adam Maddock said.

“Non-league football is at the heart of communities around the UK, which is something we are passionate about supporting at Sides; we can’t wait to get started.”

Club director Harry Hugo added: “We are delighted to be partnering with a forward thinking and disruptive brand like Sides on their first move into sponsorship in football.

“Sides and the Sidemen have incredible reach amongst the next generation of football fans and we want to show them that non-league football in this country is something you can enjoy as much as the Premier League.

“We thank everyone at Sides for making this happen on the start of our new journey at Farnham Town Football Club.”
