Caroline Paris, Head of Creative, Saatchi & Saatchi said: “Saatchi & Saatchi has always been a place where creativity meets culture, and my goal is to make sure every idea we produce is bold, integrated, and meaningful. Josh Steele joins the firm as associate creative director from Arsenal Football Club. He worked on campaigns such as the Arsenal and Aries collaboration and ‘Arsenal Third Kit 23/24’. He has worked at Iris, The Midnight Club and Mother.

Franki Goodwin, chief creative officer, Saatchi & Saatchi said:“Our agency is obsessed with the power and potential of truly integrated campaigns – taking big ideas to unexpected places, people and formats. It takes fresh attitudes to how creative, design and production work together to do this well.

“Caroline Paris, Josh Steele and Simon Cheadle are living breathing examples of integrated thinkers from different backgrounds, having learnt their exceptional craft against different clients and creative structures. I’m so excited for how they can realise impossible ambitions for their careers and our clients. Their first impossible brief is to come up with a nicer word for integration… If anyone can do it, they can!”
