Rémy Cointreau UK selects Havas Entertainment to handle its media account

Rémy Cointreau UK has selected Havas Entertainment to handle its media account for the UK and Ireland.

The French spirits group includes brands such as Cointreau liqueur, Rémy Martin and Louis XIII, Mount Gay, St-Rémy, Westland, Bruichladdich, Octomore spirits, and Telmont Champagne.

Prior to the appointment, UM held the position of media planning and buying agency for five years, appointed in 2017.

Rémy Cointreau has previously collaborated with Havas Media Group, using the ‘big six’ agency to raise its brand profile.

Havas Entertainment will devise a media strategy for the alcohol brand with the general intention of appealing to Generation Z and ‘a new generation’ of consumers.
