NHS England selects Wavemaker UK for media strategy and planning brief

NHS England has appointed Wavemaker to handle its media stategy and planning for the organisation’s campaigns.

The move follows NHS’ existing relationship with the media agency, spanning seven years.

As a result of its partnership, Wavemaker will deliver an effective and efficient media strategy and planning for the NHS’s flagship ‘We are the NHS’ and ‘Help Us, Help You’ campaigns.

Wavemaker’s is to further enhance public confidence in the organisation and reduce the pressure on the NHS over the challenging winter months.

“Wavemaker provided us with a robust strategy that not only promises to deliver on our objectives but also strongly reflects our values and the founding principles that underpin the NHS,” NHS England head of marketing, Phil Bastable, said.

“We have full confidence that, with their support, we will see fantastic results over the next four years that, most importantly, allow us to continue delivering the highest possible standard of care to the English public.”
