Upmarket online grocer Ocado has shortlisted a set of three agencies amid its search for a new planning and buying agency.
Campaign magazine, which broke the news, revealed that the brand has shortlisted Omnicom’s Hearts & Science, Dentsu’s iProspect and Havas Media Network.
Ocado, which works with St Luke’s on its creative account (notable spots include a recent summer spot which showcased the retailer’s customer focused app at random moments of a summer’s day), first began the search in February.

Hearts & Science along with Three Pipe Riley is the incumbent, having been owned by Ocado since 2021.
The retailer cut its marketing spend by a quarter in 2023 but successfully narrowed its losses.
Grocery competitor Sainsbury’s recently closed a media review, selecting PHD to take over the account.
