Topps has launched a new three-part campaign featuring global brand ambassador José Mourinho to celebrate its upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 sticker album.
Having fought off stiff competition from iconic sticker and collectibles brand Panini, Topps unexpectedly secured the lucrative UEFA Euro 2024 sticker book licence in 2022.
The first instalment starring Mourinho launched earlier this week on the brand’s social media channels, with content created and produced by Hamburg-based ad agency Jung von Matt Sports.
In the film, Mourinho is shown joining designers and employees in the Topps offices, causing much joy and excitement, to celebrate the album’s impending release in the run-up to the tournament finals this summer.

The campaign has previously been teased through social media posts from global content creators, such as The F2Freestylers’ Jeremy Lynch who even briefly appears in the ad.
Fanatics Collectibles chief marketing officer EMEA Patrick Rausch said: “With this campaign, the anticipation for UEFA Euro 2024 is increasing enormously for us as an official partner.
“Once again, José Mourinho shows us why he is called ‘The Special One’ and why he is the perfect choice for us as brand ambassador and product manager.
“After the first film with the self-deprecating José immediately achieved cult status, I’m pretty sure that the upcoming clips, featuring several well-known influencers, will also take the hearts of Europe’s soccer fans by storm.”
