Little Dot Studios creates TikTok series for Formation Games’ CLUB

Digital agency and media network Little Dot Studios has produced two TikTok series for Formation Games ahead of the release of its inaugural game CLUB.

As part of an investment in the gaming studio, Little Dot Studios’ sport specialist label Little Dot Sport will use its experience in delivering short-form content on TikTok to appeal to a young demographic.

Currently in development, CLUB is a free mobile football club ownership game that allows owners to build their dream club from the ground up. It is also a social destination where fans can create football clubs with millions of other players around the world.

The TikTok series – consisting of the eight-part ‘Let’s Settle It’, and ‘Meet the Clubs’ – will focus on discussing club ownership, featuring the likes of TikTok creators Liban Abdullahi and Faysal Hassan, digital creator Mitch Tucker and Sky Sports presenter Olivia Buzaglo.

“We believe that high-quality, scroll-stopping content defines the CLUB entertainment experience, both in-game and in how we communicate the CLUB experience to the world,” Formation Games CEO Jonty Barnes said. “Little Dot Studios speaks our language and has an innate ability to connect with audiences and communities around the world with long and short-form content, and we’re very proud to have them as investors and partners for the launch of CLUB and beyond.”

Formation Games – founded by Guy Rogers, Chris Cragg, Tom Russell, Adam McIntee and Mike Burrows – marks the first e-sport investment by Little Dot Studios.

Little Dot Studios CEO Dan Jones added: “Investing in Formation Games is significant for us as it illustrates our continued commitment to driving digital evolution, whether that’s platforms or content. I remember fondly the weeks lost to Championship Manager ‘93 and the chance to be part of this social gaming experience is incredibly exciting.”
