Latest WeRoad campaign offers Londoners £100 discount, but only if they’re curious enough

Travel company WeRoad has continued its guerrilla out-of-home takeover of London with its latest ‘Take What You Need’ activation.

Plastered all over the city in the past few days have been red posters asking Londoners to ‘Take What You Need’, featuring detachable tabs reading ‘Live an adventure’, ‘Meet new friends’ or ‘Escape comfort zone’.

Following its extensive takeover of 3,700 out-of-home assets across the capital, this latest campaign can be seen throughout Shoreditch, Hoxton, Soho, King’s Cross, Clapham, Cambridge Heath, and Camden.

Those curious enough to tear off one of the tabs will be delighted to find that they have secured a £100 discount valid for any WeRoad trip taken in 2023.

“We often get so stuck in our everyday routines that we forget there is a world outside to see, leaving our travel aspirations unexplored. That is what inspired this campaign. It’s all about pushing people to step into that adventurous mindset and finally tick off those once-in-a-lifetime experiences,” WeRoad UK marketing manager, Justyna Chlopecka said.

“The posters feature a series of travel themed sayings such as ‘live and adventure’ and ‘try something new’ that are all fundamental to WeRoad and what people experience on our trips.”

‘Take What You Need’ follows on from WeRoad’s unique ‘Missing Animals’ activation launched in January that offered discounts of up to £200 off travel on selected trips from May 2023.
