Havas acquires Chinese creative agency Front Networks

Havas has announced the acquisition of Front Networks, an independent creative agency concentrating on digital and social marketing in China.

The buyout is set to see the Havas network absorb the Chinese firm, making use of its expertise in channel mapping, timely and effective digital storytelling, and creating engaging digital content.

“It’s enterprise philosophy of connectivity, creativity and collectivity, will bring additional creative and digital firepower to Havas in China,” said Havas.

Its clients include: BMW, Rolls-Royce, Vivo, Microsoft, Columbia, Casarte, Bank of China and Nestlé.

“China has always been of strategic importance to us and I am thrilled to see we are keeping up the same drive and momentum in this market,” Havas Group CEO and chairman, Yannick Bolloré said.
