Watch: New Very ad invites people to ’embrace their inner flamingo’

Very is inviting customers to embrace their inner flamingo in its latest campaign, which launches the fashion retailer’s new ‘Haus of Flamingo’ brand platform to mark the summer.

Developed in collaboration with The Gate, the new brand platform combines the sentiment of Very’s ‘let’s make it sparkle’ brand platform with the retailer’s iconic three flamingos.

Inspired by Very customers themselves, the 30-second hero film is accompanied by a 20-second and 6-second cut directed by Twice Pictures duo Hot Icarus, in collaboration with the fashion brand’s in-house creative team.

Showcasing a curated selection of summer holiday essentials designed to elevate customer’s wardrobes, the campaign mixes playfulness and swagger for a Piña Colada-in-hand vibe.

The summer campaign, which showcases bold styling, distinctive photography, playful positioning and pops of pinks, will run nationwide across VOD, digital, social media and influencer activity.

In April, the online fashion retailer was rumoured to be up for sale.
