Weber Shandwick appoints new CCO to bolster agency strategy

Communications agency Weber Shandwick has appointed a new chief creative officer to help bolster the agency’s overall creative vision and execution.

Yann Elliott will take on the role, having served as interim lead since September.

Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, he has worked across London’s top agencies including Mother, Lucky Generals and the&partnership, and with AMVBBDO more recently. His portfolio includes a successful portfolio of campaigns for clients including Dr Pepper, Orange, Sky and RNIB.

Elliott will oversee a team of UK creatives based across London, Manchester and Scotland, and is tasked with leveraging his experience to help clients achieve success in the earned space, and will oversee the company’s creative department and oversee the strategy and execution of the company’s creative campaigns.

He will report to UK president Amy Garrett.
