O2 and VCCP showcase Priority perks with brand mascot Bubl

Telecom brand O2 is showcasing its Priority customer reward scheme with a new integrated campaign showing brand mascot Bubl making the most of the exclusive benefits available.

Developed in partnership with creative agency VCCP, the 40-second spot focuses on how O2 customers can gain access to exclusive concerts and 48-hour ticket presales via the Priority customer rewards scheme.

Featuring a voiceover by Hollywood star Sean Bean, the stylishly-shot film encapsulates how the brand can help its customers become immersed in the UK’s musical nightlife with exclusive perks at any of the O2 venues up and down the country.

“From intimate access to popular artists through our Priority Gig series to once in a lifetime trips across the globe, this campaign celebrates the exclusivity, access and unforgettable experiences our customers can enjoy,” Virgin Media O2 director of brand and marketing, Simon Groves said.

“As we continue to build the campaign series throughout the rest of this year, we will continue to explore these themes and celebrate what makes Priority stand out.”

Depicting brand character Bubl having the time of his life with friends, the campaign will run across TV, cinema, online video, social media and out-of-home.

VCCP deputy ECD, David Masterman added: “Have you ever wondered what Bubl does when not being a brand mascot? They go to see their favourite bands with their mates.”

“We wanted to capture the real emotion and experience of a big night out. The sort of night that you’re still talking to your mates about weeks later – and the sort of experience that O2 customers can get exclusive access to.”
