Samsung Galaxy AI takes over Outernet London

Tech giant Samsung has taken over London’s Outernet to showcase its latest Galaxy AI innovations, building on last month’s ‘AI is here’ campaign.

As part of a multi-year deal with Outernet, Samsung UK will see its brand appear across the media firm’s 16k-resolution digital billboards through to 2025.

Created by the firm’s in-house agency Cheil, the work includes photos of Samsung’s S24 smartphone alongside the announcement that “Galaxy AI is here.”

“Securing a long-term partnership with one of the most innovative out-of-home sites in the UK represents the ethos of Samsung UK as pioneering innovators of technology,” Samsung director of marketing and omni-channel, and head of Ireland, Annika Bizon said.

“We have a number of exciting campaigns that we will showcase to the public via the Outernet platform in London.”

With media planning and buying handled by Publicis’ Starcom, one-in-six ads appearing on Outernet’s ‘Now Vista’ screens will be for Samsung products.

Outernet business director, Claire Millward added: “Samsung knows that its customers value innovative brand experiences and Outernet London, with its immersive public environment, is the ideal platform for it to tell its story.

“This partnership marks a significant step towards transforming Outernet London into an even more captivating destination for brands and the public. It is perfectly placed to drive people to Samsung’s Oxford Street Experience store.”
