Valspar celebrates new premium range with two FCB Inferno spots

US paint firm Valspar has unveiled a new campaign to promote the launch of its premium brand, V&CO, set to be available elusively at B&Q stores nationwide.

Also available via the V&CO website, the new range aims to provide home decorators with a premium, or luxury alternative to the regular paint brands on the market.

Created by London agency, FCB Inferno, the campaign is spearheaded by two hero spots featuring young professionals decorating their homes using V&CO’s matte range, in a bid to appeal to a young and creative audience base.

Titled ‘V&Me’, campaign assets launch in the UK today (3 October), across digital and social media.

“This rich, warm and colourful campaign is perfectly aligned with V&CO’s proposition to help people transform their home decorating visions into reality with a luxurious end result and unrivalled depth of colour,” Valspar head of marketing – brand & digital communications, Tobie Lewis said.

FCB Inferno managing director, Katy Wright added: “With V&CO’s muted colour palette and bold, chic logo, the creative team felt it deserved to be treated and presented like a luxury fashion brand. Presenting this through the lens of real people with colourful stories adds heart and warmth to bring it to life.”
