Singer Ed Sheeran has applied to trademark his new Teddy Bear logo under three different classifications, including sauces, snacks and clothing.
The news comes years after the singer-songwriter entered the food industry when he opened up his own pub restaurant Bertie Blossoms in Notting Hill.
According to The Mirror, the 31-year-old is nicknamed Teddy by family and friends and has a teddy bear tattoo on his right arm.
In 2019 Sheeran collaborated with food giant Heinz to release an exclusive Tomato ‘Edchup’ sauce, promoting the collaboration on his Instagram.

The news comes a month after fellow singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi took part in a marketing stunt to promote his new single ‘Pointless’.
The star gave out his phone number to the world by posting a photo of his number to his 5.7 million followers on social media.
Fans, however, soon realised that the number did not belong to the star as an automated message spoke back to callers asking them to buy Capaldi’s new single and ‘give me your money’.
“Hello there, it’s Lewis Capaldi here, just wanna say thank you for listening to Pointless this week,” the message began.
“When you get off this call you’ll have a text to give my new song a download or to buy the CD. Downloading on iTunes and Amazon really helps, as does getting one of the signed CDs.”
“So, give me your money and I will, in return, give you my body and soul.”
