Toy store chain The Entertainer has unveiled a new partnership with Disney which includes sponsorship of the retailer’s Christmas gift guide for 2025.

The partnership will see a host of Disney’s key lines including Stitch live action soft toy, Toy Story Buzz Lightyear collectible and  Moana 2 swimming tautai Moana doll take centre stage in The Entertainer’s festive gift guide catalogue.

Supporting campaigns are set to be delivered across the toy specialist’s website, email and social channels.

The deal will also see The Entertainer run two Disney-themed campaigns in stores. They will be Disney Princess and Marvel Moment, until 8 October, and Disney Holiday from 4 to 30 December.

The Entertainer chief product officer Brian Proctor said: “We’re excited to announce this new partnership with Disney ahead of the festive season.

“As the UK’s largest toy retailer, we’re proud to join forces with one of the world’s most iconic brands to sponsor our Christmas gift guide and support with in-store campaigns.

The tie-up comes after The Entertainer revealed plans to become employee-owned in August.

The founders of toy store chain are set to transfer their ownership to an employee ownership trust (EOT) later this month to secure the future of the business.
