Jacinta Brennan has been named Chief People Officer (CPO) at media investment group GroupM UK.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in senior HR roles, having previously held leadership positions at Kantar and BBH London. Most recently, she served as global head of HR at Foster + Partners, where “she played a key role in developing talent globally”, said a statement from the firm.
In her new role, Brennan will sit on GroupM UK’s Executive Committee (ExCo) and lead the people teams across the UK.

Brennan will report to Kate Rowlinson, CEO at GroupM UK, and Marie-Claire Barker, GroupM’s global CPO.
Her focus will be on implementing “industry-leading talent strategies that build fulfilling careers for all employees,” said the statement.
