London agency BMB has promoted its head of growth Matt Bonny to managing partner as an indirect replacement for former managing director Claudia Wallace.

Wallace had initially left BMB on maternity leave in 2023 and chose not to return, instead taking up the managing director role at WPP’s newly-formed VML.

On his new role, Bonny told Campaign: “The year has started with great momentum for the agency and shows no signs of slowing down.

“I’m looking forward to taking on the new role, making great work with our existing clients and adding a few new ones to the list along the way.”

Bonny first joined BMB as an account director in 2019, before being promoted to head of account management in 2023. He was later made head of growth in 2024.
