Independent creative agency Joan London has expanded its senior team by appointing Flora Joll as its new strategy director and promoting Graeme Hall to group creative director.
Graeme Hall will report to executive creative director, Kirsty Hathaway and Flora Joll will report to managing director Tom Ghiden.
Joll joins the agency after working in the industry for more than ten years, spending time at agencies such as Creature, Leo Burnett and MullenLowe.
She has won a Creative Circle Award for her work for the Social Mobility Foundation and a D&AD Pencil for Child Poverty Action Group’s ‘Imagine’ campaign.
As part of her new role, she will be responsible for managing the eBay UK account and strategy for the management team.

Hall held the position of creative director at Joan London before his promotion and has worked in the industry for over two decades. Prior to joining the agency, he held various roles within agencies such as DDB and Revolt. He also worked for Google’s in-house agency Google Labs.
Hall has also received numerous accolades during his career including nine Cannes Lions awards and 17 D&AD Graphite and Wood Pencils.
Following his promotion, Hall will lead the creative work for the UK eBay account and work alongside New York-based sister agency Joan Creative.
Hall said: “JOAN isn’t your average agency. Something special is happening in this office just off Fleet Street. So I’m more than a little chuffed that they’ve invited me to step onboard and create a boatload of joyful rebellion.”
