Creative agency T&Pm has announced the appointment of Victoria Appleby as its new UK CEO.
Appleby joins T&Pm from Channel 4, where she worked as head of sales, overseeing all network agencies and developing a reputation as something of a creative media force.
With more than two decades of experience in advertising and media, Appleby has built her career at respected agencies such as EssenceMediacom and Wavemaker.

Her industry accolades include being named one of IPA & Campaign’s Women of Tomorrow, featuring in Business Insider magazine’s 30 most creative women in advertising and most recently being recognised as one of the Top 50 Women Gamechangers in TV.
