CoppaFeel! selects adam&eveDDB for breast cancer awareness work

Breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! has selected adam&eveDDB to produce a series of pro-bono creatives encouraging young people to check themselves for signs of breast cancer.

The campaign will highlight the importance of youth-focused charity CoppaFeel!’s message to encourage young people aged 18-24 to check their boobs, pecs or chest for any changes.

The campaigns will aim to challenge the perceptions of breast cancer in young people, increasing awareness of the importance of regular checking, encourage earlier diagnoses and ultimately ensure better survival rates.

Previous awareness campaigns from the organisation include a mural created in 2022 by visual artist Molly Hankinson, which it shared with social-focused publisher and part of LadBible Group, Tyla in an effort to gain reach among its core demographic.

“Coppafeel! is doing an amazing job at educating young people about breast cancer, showing them how to check, and informing them that the disease doesn’t just affect women over 50,” said adam&eveDDB creative director Paula Hochberg.

“We’re excited to partner with their team to create bold and emotional campaigns that continue to spread this message and drive meaningful impact.”

CoppaFeel! marketing director Martine O’Donnell added: “It’s an exciting time of evolution for CoppaFeel! and we’re thrilled to be working with the creative powerhouse adam&eveDDB as we continue our mission of reaching young people with our life-saving message.”

The charity was founded by sisters Kristin and Maren Hallenga after Kristin was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer, aged just 23.
