DMA appoints former Disney marketing VP as new chair

The Data and Marketing Association (DMA) has appointed former Disney EMEA vice-president of digital marketing and CRM Tony Miller as its new chairman.

Having already been a member of the association’s board since 2020, Miller will now take over from previous incumbent Stephen Maher who departs the role at the end of his four-year term.

Due to take over on 1 July, Miller will now look to execute his vision for the DMA which will be centred around empowering marketers and championing best practice for brands, agencies, and suppliers.

Data and marketing is at the fulcrum of what we do, underpinning our ambition to fuel the growth of our industry,” Miller said.

Miller brings considerable industry experience to the role, having spent close to eight years as a managing partner at Havas Helia prior to his time at Disney.
