VML announces global leadership team following merger

VML has announced its global leadership team, following the merger of WPP’s VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson.

Former VMLY&R chief creative officer Debbi Vandeven will take up the role of global chief creative officer of VML, and will lead a team of global creatives.

Meanwhile, Rafa Pitanguy will continue as deputy global chief creative officer and global CCO for the Coca-Cola Company; Kaleeta McDade has been named global CXDO (chief experience and design officer) and will lead the agency’s experience design team.

In addition, Manuel Bordé will serve as chief creative officer, and will take responsibility for the agency’s creative commerce capability, Mel Routhier will serve as  global chief creative officer, health and former Wunderman Thompson global chief creative officer Bas Korsten will take up the role of global chief creative officer, innovation and co-chief creative officer EMEA.
