Commenting that he was he was “thrilled” to be joining the firm and praising its “data-driven approach”, Wilding said: “More than anything else I’m really struck by how optimistic the agency is about the future of media, tech, data and creativity. It’s an optimism I share and I can’t wait to get started.”
Having spent a sizeable eight-year chunk of his career at X/Twitter, Wilding was privy to much of the upheaval around Musk’s purchase of the iconic social media network, leaving shortly after his takeover.
On Wilding’s appointment, Chapman added: “He’ll play a pivotal role in helping drive breakthroughs by harnessing the combined potential of media, creative and data.”
