Wavemaker poaches iProspect’s Chris Worsley

Wavemaker has poached iProspect’s Chris Worsley for the role of Global Performance Lead, which he will commence in January 2024.

In his new capacity, Worsley will be responsible for delivering best-in-class performance strategy for Wavemaker’s global clients and will collaborate closely with global GroupM Nexus leadership.

He will report to Wavemaker’s global consultancy lead and global client president Anna Hickey, and will play a key role in new business pitches with the aim of spurring new growth for clients.

In his previous role at iProspect, Worsley held the position of UK Group Managing Director and led the agency’s global performance clients.

During his eight years at the agency, he played a key role evolving iProspect from performance specialist to digital-first integrated media agency.

He also helped to launch the agency’s ‘Brands Accelerated’ proposition and won new clients as part of the team, including Pandora, The Economist and Carlsberg.

Prior to working at iProspect, Worsley had previously worked at JWT, AnalogFolk and Havas Work Club.
