ITV Creative poaches Mother exec for new strategy role

ITV Creative has appointed Tatiana Jezierski to the freshly created role of head of creative strategy. She will join the brand later this month, leaving her current position as strategy director at Mother.

In her new role Jezierski will be reunited with ITV Creative director Niki Garner, who was also previously at Mother.

The new position at ITV’s in-house agency will see Jezierski responsible for supporting the executive creative director, head of campaign management, head of production and head of post production with embedding strategy to ensure a range of ambitious future output.

Having honed her strategy skills at Mother, working on campaigns for major brands including Ikea, Greenpeace, Gousto and KFC, Jezierski will work across ITV Creative and its partner brands plus ITV X to ensure they continually engage with the UK public.

Jezierski will help build on the success of campaigns including the launch of ITV X, which won Best On Demand Service at the Edinburgh TV Festival Awards 2023, as well as the Fifa Women’s World Cup 2023 and the recent launch of Big Brother.

“We can’t wait for her to join the team and challenge us to think a little differently”.

Jezierski added: “It’s great to be working with Niki again, and across such fantastic programming and platforms. ITV belongs at the heart of UK culture and it’s an exciting task for us at ITV Creative to help make that happen.”
