TK Maxx brings high fashion to the farmyard in 2023 Christmas ad

Retailer TK Maxx is celebrating the glitz and glamour of Christmas with CGI farm animals rocking the festive catwalk in its 2023 festive campaign.

Positioning itself as the home of ‘big gifts’ at ‘small prices’, TK Maxx’s latest ad was developed by Wieden + Kennedy London and will premiere tonight at 9.45pm during ‘Don’t Look Down for Stand Up To Cancer’ on Channel 4.

Set to Eve and Gwen Stefani’s 2001 smash hit ‘Let Me Blow Ya Mind’, the 40-second spot is a fantastically fun-filled vignette of rural farm life at Christmas time, with a sprinkling of high fashion.

“Our festive campaign celebrates everything our customers love about TK Maxx at Christmas. We know people want to show friends and family they care with beautiful, quality gifts, but we also know most of us are still watching our finances carefully,” TK Maxx group director, Deborah Dolce said.

“Our brilliant buyers have worked tirelessly this year to source our best ever collection of branded presents, from elegantly boxed candles and the latest beauty and toy bargains to the finest Italian handbags.

“There’s something for everyone at all under one roof and customers can enjoy big brands and great quality at amazing value… So whether you’re gifting your mum, your nephew, your dog or even your lil’ goat, everyone can spoil loved ones for less this Christmas at TK Maxx.”

The film will also contain a specially-made Christmas bear in the hands of the farmer’s granddaughter, set to be made available in-store for £9.99, with £3 from each sale being donated to the retailer’s long-term charity partner The Prince’s Trust.
