Cain&abelDDB unveils On-Site model to offer brands an agency approach to in-housing

Cain&abelDDB has unveiled its new in-housing model OnSite in a bid to put creativity ‘at the heart’ of in-house marketing.

The model hopes to provide a holistic solution and a unique and dynamic approach to in-housing.

While brands are increasingly turning to in-housing to drive creative output, research from ISBA’s ‘State of In-Housing Report 2023’ has shown that the current approach to in-housing is failing to meet brands’ expectations.

According to the DDB agency, the current approach to in-housing is causing issues for brands across sectors, including a reduction in talent attraction and engagement, lower retention rates, decreased speed to market and poorer campaign results.

To tackle this challenge, Cain&abelDDB’s in-house teams will immerse themselves in clients’ businesses to become ‘true stewards’ of brand guardianship to deliver successful campaigns.
