Domino’s renews ITVX sponsorship

US pizza chain Domino’s has renewed its sponsorship of ITVX, the broacaster’s video-on-demand streaming service.

Domino’s had sponsored ITVX’s predecessor, ITV Hub since 2018 and has now renewed its agreement following the platform’s top-down rebrand in December last year.

Brokered by Havas Media UK’s Jump, the extended deal will include digital assets, takeovers, licensing and research alongside the opportunity to use ITVX as a testing ground for new advertising formats.

“As one of our longest currently running partnerships, I’m thrilled that Domino’s is continuing to work with us as the platform continues to grow and evolve,” ITV director of creative and digital partnerships, Bhavit Chandrani said.

Domino’s has enjoyed a fruitful relationship with the broadcaster, sponsoring a number of flagship shows throughout the 2010s including Take Me Out, The Voice and the X Factor app.

Domino’s UK and Ireland director of marketing, Harry Dromey added: “People love a takeaway when streaming, so this sponsorship is perfect for us.” He added that as the reach of ITVX grows, the sponsorship puts the brand in front of “increasing numbers of people”.
