Mean green fighting machine: Nescafé touts eco credentials in latest TV spot

Nescafé has launched ‘Expect more from every cup’, a new integrated campaign to showcase the brand’s sustainability credentials all the way through the production pipeline.

The campaign will be led by a 20-second hero spot that champions Nescafé’s Gold Blend proposition on its ‘carbon reduction journey’, highlighting how the Swiss brand uses alternative energy sources such as coffee grounds to help power its factories.




Launching this Monday (6 March), the spot will run across TV and broadcaster video-on-demand on ITV, Sky and Channel 4 alongside YouTube, Meta and Pinterest.

“This new Nescafé Gold Blend campaign brings sustainability to the forefront of our communications,” Nescafé soluble coffee UK & Ireland marketing director, Sophie Demoulin said.

“We want to take consumers on a journey and show them the sustainability behind their cup of Nescafé, from the way quality coffee is grown, to how it’s produced, packaged, and delivered. “Expect more from every cup” means we are committed to making a positive impact on coffee farmers’ lives as well as on the planet.”

As part of its ‘Nescafé plan’, the brand has sought make coffee farming practices more sustainable around the globe over the last decade through a range of initiatives – notably by exclusively using responsibly-sourced coffee in all its UK-made products.
