Levi’s has partnered with fashion brand Stüssy as the jeans brand celebrates the 150th anniversary of its 501 Jeans range.
With shared roots in California, the two brands have released a collaborative collection that features a pair of 501 Jeans and a modified Type II Trucker Jacket – two classic Levi’s silhouettes re-imagined with Stüssy’s signature design aesthetic.
While the 501 Jean comes in a rugged, worn indigo wash and features an embossed Stüssy & Levi’s motif, the Type II Trucker Jacket has an inside lining with Stüssy’s eight-ball logo printed.
The collection will be available to purchase on 24 February online, in Levi’s and Stüssy stores and at select Dover Street Market locations.

The launch comes weeks after the denim brand unveiled a year-long campaign titled ‘The Greatest Story Ever Worn’ to mark the 150th anniversary of 501 Jeans. Three short films – directed by Martin de Thurah and Melina Matsoukas – explored original 501 jeans stories all inspired by true events. According to Levi’s, The Greatest Story Ever Worn campaign intends to celebrate the 501 jeans’ ‘incredible’ past and its role in ‘countless’ historical, cultural and personal moments in order to inspire a new generation to ‘write the next chapter’.
