Samsung unveils immersive experience at Heathrow T5

Samsung has launched its new immersive experience, ‘ In Tune With You, focusing on lift-and learn technology at Heathrow’s T5 terminal.

In partnership with retail technology agency Outform, the space, situated in the InMotion flagship store, allowing passengers to “‘step outside” the airport environment.

It also provides mood-boosting experiences to prepare customers for their journey ahead.

The space showcases new Samsung products through a sensorial experience , including products such as Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Z series and Galaxy Watch 5 series.

Outside the experience zone, an interactive touchscreen displays the Galaxy Z Flip4 smartphone which hints at the experience within; the 360 content invites travellers to take a moment and unfold their world.

On entering the space, the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro display uses lift-and-learn technology to enable passengers to try the device and measure their blood oxygen reading, which is displayed on a digital screen.

The digital screen delivers personalised information based on each passenger taking part and educates by displaying pertinent information.

“As well as allowing passengers to relax, recharge and reconnect, we also highlight the immersive and versatile screens of the Galaxy Z series in a digital form,” Outform business unit director James Dawson said.

“The fun and immersive experience on the big screen brings to life the unique features of the Galaxy Z series like never before as passengers flex their body to control the content on the screen.”
