Tug appoints Darra Naiman as its Canada MD

Global digital marketing agency Tug has named Darra Naiman as the new managing director for its Canadian offices, based in Toronto.

Naiman joins Tug from her previous role as associate director of OMD Canada, having spent close to three years with the firm.

Reporting in to Nick Beck, Naiman’s remit will include doubling the size of Tug’s Canadian business over the next two years, by expanding agency’s content marketing and data and analytics capabilities.

Naiman’s focus will also be on digital paid media, above the line planning, alongside buying with digital, traditional and partnership placements.

“Canada is a strategic market for us, with some great opportunities for growth, so it’s crucial we have the best team in place to deliver on our ambitions there,” Beck said.
