Bauer Media Group has completed its acquisition of Out of Home (OOH) business Clear Channel Europe-North, giving advertisers access to up to 350 million consumer touchpoints across 16 European markets.
Under the name Bauer Media Outdoor, the company adds OOH advertising to Bauer Media’s offering, which is “a strong strategic fit with its existing Audio and Publishing divisions”, the firm said.
Bauer – which comprises 200 magazine brands, 150 audio brands and 110,000 OOH sites – described the move as a “key step” in its strategy, “strengthening its core media-related businesses and unlocking new digital opportunities”.
