The new contract commenced this month (January 2025). The agency will provide support for GoCompare’s owner, Future Publishing.
GoCompare marketing director Paul Rogers said: “In a highly competitive market, Hearts has helped us transform our approach to media. Not only has the team consistently delivered industry-leading media buying in a highly competitive market, but they have also brought new thinking and innovation to create a competitive advantage, ensuring we are future-facing and able to adapt to the changing ways people consume media.

“This, coupled with their expertise in driving change in our effectiveness culture has allowed us to successfully focus on growth for both the short and long-term. Getting that balance right is critical to GoCompare’s long-term success.
“We’ve extended our partnership with Hearts & Science because we know the new model offers us the right support to continue to evolve, empower our marketing team, and ultimately help us deliver business growth.”
As part of the agreement, the media agency will deliver the integration of planning, buying and execution across channels and platforms to help GoCompare achieve its three-year growth plan.
Hearts and Science CEO Garrett O’Reilly said: “GoCompare is one of our longest-established clients in the UK. Together we’ve seen the brand go through transformational change, relaunch as ‘Go.Compare’ and navigate the powerfully distinctive Gio Compario in new ways, most recently through the launch of Feel the Tache campaign, to help drive brand growth in a crowded and competitive sector. The extension and expansion of our partnership for another three years will allow us to continue to steer where the brand goes next and deliver growth to the business.
“The scope of our work with GoCompare has evolved organically to bring specialist capabilities into the team. As the current contract concluded, we have created a new, future fit model that aligns our expertise with GoCompare’s future objectives.”
