TBWA\London is expanding its strategy department with the appointment of a new strategy director, poached from Grey London.
While at Grey, Jesper Norgaard worked as a senior strategist, having started his career out at Forever Beta and Nomads Agency in Amsterdam.
In his new role, Norgaard will work on clients including Starbucks and McVitie’s, and will be tasked with helping to drive the agency’s strategic output.
It comes in the wake of a slew of recent hires for the agency, including Raquel Chicourel as chief strtegy officer and James Faupel as head of production.

Reporting directly to chief strategy officer Raquel Chicourel, Norgaard will work closely with the creative department, ensuring a collective and cohesive approach.
“Having admired TBWA\London’s work for so long, my goal as new Strategy Director is to create impactful and effective work that breaks the mould and resonates in culture and beyond,” said Norgaard.
“I aim to help establish a strong strategic department in London and be part of an electrifying chapter for the agency. It’s ambitious yet exciting, and I’m ready to contribute my diverse skills to TBWA,” he continued.
