Agency holding group WPP has today (26 November) opened its third London campus at One Southwark Bridge.

The opening coincides with the building receiving a Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) Outstanding rating.

It was designed by WPP’s BDG Architecture and Design and the refit adds 50% of usable floorspace. The firm also added a multi-faith room, a sensory room for neurodivergent employees, a parents’ room and a wellness studio.

One Southwark Bridge was designed to be sustainable, with 300 square metres of solar panels installed on the roof and ethically sourced building materials. The campus’s furniture is sourced from the UK and 25% of its workstations were reused from another site.
