Food delivery platform Uber Eats has enlisted Hollywood star Jude Law for the latest instalment of its UK brand platform, ‘When You’ve Done Enough, Uber Eats.’
Crafted by London-based agency Mother, ‘Romance’d Enough’ playfully subverts Law’s rom-com legacy by showing the Oscar-winner doing all in his power to avoid a series of “exhausting” meet-cute scenarios.
Seemingly beset by romantic cinema clichés at every turn, the ‘Enemy at the Gates’ and ‘Cold Mountain’ star instead opts for some much needed downtime by placing an order with the delivery service.
“It was great fun poking fun at myself in this way. We’ve all had moments when we have done enough for the day and just want to relax,” said Law.

“That’s where Uber Eats helps so much. They make it easy to enjoy your downtime. I can confirm that no one can make eating chicken wings with hot sauce all over your face look charming.”
Directed by David Shane, the 60-second spot goes live across TV today, and will be supported by a series of out-of-home, social media and digital executions.
Matthew Price, GM of Uber Eats UK, Ireland and Northern Europe added: “When You’ve Done Enough, Uber Eats captures the role we play in people’s lives, the simple, reliable choice when it’s time to switch off.
“Working with someone as iconic as Jude Law really brings this to life and helps us remind consumers why they choose Uber Eats for value, choice and convenience and driving real growth for our restaurant partners.”
