The UK state-owned economic development bank the British Business Bank, which aims to improve access to finance for small businesses, has initiated a media review.

According to Campaign, the firm is now searching for an agency to oversee its media planning and buying, as well as the implementation of a campaign for its Start Up Loans programme, which had previously been managed separately.

The account is currently held by the IPG-owned UM Birmingham, and was put out to tender on Monday (16 June).
