Insurance firm Generali aims to “revolutionise” the way the sector connects with its consumer base with its new global brand platform.
Titled “Here. Now”, the platform was devised by creative agency VML and uses candid photography and cinematography to highlight consumers’ stories globally.
“Our new brand platform reflects Generali’s commitment to being present for our customers in every moment that matters. It’s not just a campaign, it’s a promise to listen, to understand, and to act,” said Isabelle Conner, chief marketing and customer officer at Generali Group.

“Powered by technology and tailored to local markets, this launch underscores our dedication to delivering our Lifetime Partner 27 ambition.”
The marketing drive will run across television, digital out-of-home, out-of-home, digital platforms, cinema and print. The firm will also unveil localised product-focused campaigns that will run throughout 2025.
“We set out to break category conventions and stop talking about an abstract future. Instead, we focused on what is tangible and important to customers, the present,” added Ryan McManus, chief creative officer at VML UK.
