Restaurant chain Taco Bell is offering pre-loved fashion fans a “taco-based solution” to their packaging needs, giving them ingenious ways in which to sell their old clothes.
Developed in partnership with London-based creative agency The Or, the social activation is based off the insight that many fashion re-sellers have been using items as diverse as cereal boxes and bin bags to re-package their items for sale.
The campaign will see Taco Bell UK “step-in” to offer pre-loved fashion sellers a “taco-themed” solution for their needs by providing them with an in-store DIY postage packaging station at its Baker Street branch, for one day only.
“Have you ever ordered from a resale company and received your parcel in less than desirable packaging? said Lucy Dee, marketing director of Taco Bell UK.

“We thought so! Sellers have got creative, embracing whatever is lying around the house. Now you can get the most out of your bag at Taco Bell.”
The fast food outfit will also offer its paper bags via Click & Collect, with the campaign set to be amplified via influencer activity across a range of social films running on TikTok.
Metz ti Bryan, production partner at The Or added: “We love the creative ways that pre-loved fashion sellers package up their items. We wanted to find a way for Taco Bell fans to get in on the action, with the iconic paper bags acting as the perfect vehicle for second-hand goods.”
