German footwear brand Birkenstock is building on its shoe-making roots with a new promotional campaign for its spring 2025 collection, which sees an expanded closed shoe offering.

Centred around a quirky creative that sees giant-sized Birkenstocks strutting their stuff in a busy city centre, ‘Any City, Any Season’ is designed to showcase the comfort and versatility of the shoes.

The collection features four new designs, the ‘Utti Lace’, ‘Pasadena’, ‘Highwood Lace Low’ and ‘Bend Low Deacon, all in ‘taupe’ colour and price from £140 to £160.

Famous for its popular sandal wear, this latest campaign sees the brand going in a different direction, in a bid to better diversify its product selection and customer base.

A brand spokesperson said: “Rooted in function and timeless design, the collection reaffirms Birkenstock’s commitment to natural walking while introducing key silhouettes in a cohesive taupe colour palette.
