Sky Media has named the eight winners of its inaugural ‘Sky Zero Footprint Fund: Local Heroes’.
A spin-off from the company’s ‘Sky Zero Footprint Fund’, the initiative enables eco-friendly small and medium businesses across the UK to amplify their impact.
The winners will receive £20,000 worth of local TV advertising and £2,500 towards creative production through ‘AdSmart from Sky’, they are:
- Gloriah, which creates palm oil-free menopause care products
- Boatyard Distillery, Ireland’s only B Corp distillery
- Suma, a worker-owned cooperative
- Wonky fruit gin distiller Penrhos Spirits
- Salt maker Halen Môn
- Sustainable cleaning tool brand Seep
- Furniture maker Green Doors
- Eco-friendly period care firm Grace and Green
