Performance venue and theatre company The National Theatre’s (NT) latest campaign offers behind-the-scenes insights into its impact on communities worldwide.
Devised by creative communications agency Exposure, the spot is part of its ‘Stories Start Here’ fundraising platform, which was launched in 2024.
The platform aims to raise £125 million of revenue and capital funds for upgrades to the National Theatre building.
The two-minute film is narrated by British actress and NT alumnus Olivia Colman. It features the NT building taking a tour of the world.
Colman said: “For the past 60-plus years, the National Theatre has been a showcase for brave, crazy, beautiful ideas. As a hub of creativity, the National Theatre’s contribution to the world of theatre is immeasurable.”
