VCCP Media has strengthened its offering with the appointment of Jack Bellamy as its head of creative partnerships and Georgia Styles as its strategy director.
The moves follow on from the agency’s decision to expand its leadership team in September, recruiting managing director Lindsay Turner, after CEO James Shoreland and CSO Will Parrish joined in early 2024.
In their new roles, Bellamy and Styles will look to help the media agency hit its growth targets and build on 2024’s new client wins, which include Motability, Naturo and Esure.
“Georgia and Jack are challengers through and through. They understand the importance of doing media differently, using media smarts to help brands populate culture and unlock growth,” said James Shoreland, VCCP Media CEO.

“Georgia and Jack will play pivotal roles in driving VCCP Media’s creative vision and strategic excellence across media partnerships and client work. We are so pleased to have them on board, we look forward to continuing to supercharge VCCP Media together.”
Joining from IPG’s Initiative, Bellamy will be responsible for establishing and expanding the firm’s creative partnership capabilities in his new role. Styles also joins from Initiative and will be tasked with delivering growth strategies across VCCP Media’s clients.
“I’ve always believed that the best work happens when media, creative, social, PR, and all capabilities come together. At VCCP, everything is under one roof, and that’s an incredibly compelling proposition,” said Bellamy.
I’m excited to be tasked with bringing those capabilities together for our clients and media partners.”
Styles added: “I’ve been watching VCCP’s journey from afar, and it’s exciting to see the way they’re pushing for creative, bold, and culturally impactful work in the media space. I can’t wait to be part of this clever and ambitious team.”
