Creative agency VML has appointed Hollie Loxley (above, right) to the newly created position of managing director of client operations.
She joins from Havas London and will begin the role immediately, working in close collaboration with managing director Claudia Wallace and reporting to VML’s UK chief executive Pip Hulbert (above, left).
Loxley will focus on overseeing the development of bespoke operation models for clients to access VML’s capabilities, as well as heading up its integrated accounts, which include Unilever and HSBC UK.
“VML is shaping the future of modern marketing and it’s definitely going to be a game changer for the wider industry,” she said.

Prior to joining Havas London in May 2020, Loxley spent close to a decade at FCB Inferno in a variety of roles, culminating in managing partner and head of account management.
Hulbert said: “As we celebrate one year as VML, we have seen more and more brands looking to consolidate scopes to create connected solutions across their entire marketing ecosystem. This growth has highlighted the need to partner with our clients to integrate creative, data and technology to ensure operational success.”
“[Loxley] is an incredible leader with a future-facing mentality that I know will have a profound impact on our business and our clients’ businesses too.”
