Global out-of-home agency Talon has bolstered its senior management team with the appointment of a global chief product officer, a global chief commercial officer and a global communications director.
New global chief product officer Andy Stevens joins Clear Channel, where he most recently worked as chief data officer for Europe; global chief commercial officer Charlie Goldring is promoted from his role as UK chief commercial officer.
The pair are joined by Mandy Rayment, the agency’s new global communications director. She leaves her previous role as director of comms at Publicis Media UK.
