Telecoms brand EE and streaming platform Netflix have teamed up to host a Squid Game 2 experience at the EE studio in Westfield White City this weekend.

The Pink Guards from the hit show will take over the shopping centre and march shoppers to EE’s store. Everyone who enters the studio will be able to win a prize.

EE has taken the Squid Game piggy bank and turned it into a ‘money grabber’ game, allowing consumers a chance to win prizes such as a limited edition ‘Game Over’ Xbox controller, an Xbox, and official Squid Game merchandise.

Consumers can also play the new Squid Game: Unleashed mobile game and are invited to try out the Red Light, Green Light limited time multiplayer mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.

Retail director at EE Asif Aziz said: “With the hotly anticipated second season of Squid Game topping the Netflix chart, it’s been great to team up with Netflix to bring this exclusive Squid Game 2 experience to our flagship Studio store.

“This activation is a fantastic opportunity for fans to challenge themselves and dive into the world of Squid Game, while reminding customers that they can tune in to the new Squid Game 2 on Netflix with EE TV. Whether you’re here to play or just to soak up the atmosphere, we’re bringing fun, technology, and entertainment together in a way only EE can.”

EE is also offering customers the chance to win 456 days of EE TV. To do so they need to find a special EE Squid Game 2 business card. These cards have been hidden throughout the centre by the Pink Guards.

Squid Game 2 is available on Netflix now.
